Deborah describes herself as a Graphic Designer, Artist, Doodler, Creative Addict.
She has been creative all her life and spent many years as a dressmaker, creating everything from a hair band to wedding dresses. Her love for gardening, decorating, cooking and baking, genealogy, photography, nature and long country walks with her dogs fills her life when not working.
Deborah is always busy doing something and she can frequently be heard saying “there’s never enough hours in my days”.
As an avid leaner she taught herself HTML and the basics of Adobe Photoshop and went on to create many websites for clients. This led to her creating websites in Adobe Dreamweaver, but she wanted to learn more. So as a mature student and encouraged by her children she studied Graphic Design and Multi Media for 3 years at Fife College, where she imersed herself in Adobes’ Creative Suite. Now a days her favourite creative tools are Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
While at college she also gained a Peer Tutor Award as she thoroughly enjoyed passing on her skills and knowledge of Photoshop to Art students and would love to do more teaching one day.
Deborah still takes on Graphic Design projects as she thrives on the challenge of designing visual solutions to a clients brief and has a passion for designing unique logos.
If you have a design project contact Deborah to discuss your design requirements. If you require a unique Logo Design you can make a start by filling out her Logo Design Questionaire. In both instances Deborah will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
